Do you, or have you ever used CBT mental health chatbots such as Wysa, Woebot, Happify, Pacifica or Youper? I’m head of a collaborative research project being run by researchers and the University of Kent and Durham University that’s looking into how people use ‘Mood apps’, what sort of relationships develop with these technologies, and how these apps change or do not change people’s relationships with their emotions. I’m looking for experienced mood app, and particularly CBT or AI therapy app, users to interview.
