Not sure if this is the correct sub for this but it feels kinda fitting.
I have real troubles focusing on anything that i don’t care for. For example i’m currently doing an apprenticeship as developer and i have to write this whole basically 10 page essay on what i am gonna do and how i’m going to do it, how much it will cost, how it will be useful, how i’m going to design every single component.
I’ve been trying to do it for the last day and i just can’t focus on it. whenever i try my brain just says that this is dumb and refuses to think properly, if that makes sense. i have ASD and potentially ADHD but that’s undiagnosed if that makes any difference.
