Dealing with Anxiety

Hi everyone,
Lately, I've been feeling really anxious and confused about my sexual identity. I want to make it clear that I am absolutely sure I am straight. I've never felt attracted to men emotionally or sexually, and I can't imagine holding hands with or kissing another man.
But even with this certainty, my mind keeps telling me that people around me might think I'm gay, especially since I'm naturally shy, quiet, and very soft-spoken guy. This anxiety makes me feel very awkward in social situations. Sometimes, I also notice people looking at me strangely, and it happens quite frequently, as if they're thinking, "What's wrong with this guy?"

I can't afford therapy right now, so I'm hoping to get some advice and support here.
I would really appreciate any tips on how to handle this anxiety and how to deal with situations where this worry comes up. Has anyone else gone through something similar? How did you manage it? Any resources or reading suggestions would also be really helpful.
Thank you all for taking the time to read this and for any advice you can give
