Hello. I have a hard time getting in touch with my emotions and find it hard to put words to them. It helps me to listen to songs and watch movies that resonate with me so I can connect with my pain.
My deepest pain is loneliness. I would love any songs and movies regarding loneliness that make you cry. As a child I felt lonely and lost often, and I want to get in touch with that pain. I am also going through a breakup and realizing this loneliness is hurting a lot.
I have found one song so far that makes me cry: someone you loved by Lewis Capaldi
And one movie that I loved: Like stars on earth. This movie really resonates with me because it really shows the pain of the child being so lonely and hurt.
