help me figure sth out please

how do I stop thinking about what could go wrong in a situation at hand and focus on things that can go right? I always have a positive mindset that everything will go as planned and I'm overall a very positive person but when I start to do something eg. speak to someone a lotta of time my mind gets stuck on everything that could go wrong and it leads to many awkward situations as I succeed to make it happen. How do I stop this shit it's unintentional and subconcious. It's always the dynamic tasks that make me do this. it's so annoying kinda paralyzes me
