Best response for those assuming a child is autistic?

I have a friend with a 3-year-old. She has another friend who every single time she goes to my friend’s place, she comments she thinks the child has autism.

I’m not a psychiatrist, so I cannot say whether the child does or not. However, I feel the continuous remark is disrespectful. My friend does not think her child has autism.

I know children hit milestones at different times, so I’ve reassured her that her child will eventually do things she thinks she should already be doing (like forming full sentences).

I’ve tried to tell her to get a test to prove her child isn’t, but she doesn’t want to go through the hoops. What should she say or do next time the friend tries to say the child is autistic?
