Can you recover from being a slow-witted/drowsy person?

Let me explain better, even in online games I feel slow-witted and slow to understand. While my friends manage to orient themselves and figure out what to do (for example, in Warzone), I always lag behind with my slowness, getting lost and not understanding much.

But it also happens in real life: difficulty orienting myself in a city without using a GPS (even if I go there many times), slowness in understanding and remembering what my employer explains for a new task, slowness in getting ready and thus always arriving late, difficulty in understanding what I read and forgetting immediately afterward, getting lost in some conversations in movies or with relatives, difficulty with logic (for example, logic puzzles), continuously losing track and wasting time, if something comes to mind to do, I completely forget it after 5 seconds, I stutter while speaking or sometimes say words that don't make sense with what I want to say, etc. It is really exhausting.

I am already taking 300 mg of Wellbutrin a day but it doesn't change anything (I used to take Medikinet but that didn't work either).

Also, I use my phone a lot, I can't detach from it; I think I'm addicted to it

What can be done to improve this?
