So I live in TN (not sure if that matters) and I struggle with mental health problems. I’m not sure exactly what’s wrong with me which is the point of the whole post. I have tried to call different counseling facilities all around my area. Mostly to get a psychiatrist to diagnose me with something so I can get the help that I need. The issue is that I’ve called probably 10 different places and none of them are taking new patients. I leave messages for other ones and never hear back. What am I supposed to do if I can’t even go anywhere to get help? I’ve called all of the places in my area
