How to feel better?

I’m sorry I see other posts under this subreddit, I know my problem is very small haha. I had my first anxiety attack awhile ago. I can’t stop crying haha. I feel like I wanna die, I know my anxiety is just about a big school prevention before I graduate. I can’t stop shaking and crying and vomiting. I don’t know what to do, I messaged alot of friends, no body responded to me. I know this anxiety was contributed by my procrastination, it’s my fault but Lil I really wanna die. It’s so hard when you’re about to graduate, you’re so tired, but there’s just stuff you still need to do. Sorry for this rant. I just wanna die haha.
