THE HOW Day 4 of 30 days to manage your emotions by changing your breath. Today

THE HOW👇🏽 Day 4 of 30 days to manage your emotions by changing your breath. Today’s emotion: LETHARGY. Kapalbhati pranayama also known as skull shining or forehead shining breath because of its impact on your pre frontal cortex in the brain. It’s an energising technique that will pull you out of a zero energy state. Benefits: – increases your lung capacity so you have more oxygen circulating your body aka feel more energised – strengthens your abdominal muscles – rapid breathing stimulates blood circulation How to: – Forcefully exhale through your nostrils – Forget about the inhale, it is passive for this technique, it will come without you focusing on it – Squeeze your navel lock or stomach muscles up and in as you breathe out (very much a core workout as well as a breathing technique) – Avoid if pregnant, immediately post natal or if you have recently had abdominal surgery of any kind âś…save it so you remember to come back when you need it âś…share it with someone who would benefit âś…follow for the rest of the 30 day challenge âś…comment the word BREATH and I’ll send you a link to my free breathwork video straight to your DMs Who’s in? #thiswillbeyourtherapy #breathworkcoach #breathworkhealing #breathingtechniques #lowenergy #lethargy
