Here are a couple of specific practices to foster surrender and letting go as well as a sense of loving support exuding from within. I sped it up for convenience. Please feel free to save this post for later if you might find that helpful in accessing the exercises and reading about them. * Channeling breath with energy into the heart region and releasing air, suspending it outward (I.e., not breathing, on purpose, after an exhale, for a while) can nurture groundedness and invite a sense of ease. * Intentionally envisioning a challenging situation that hurt or distressed you and instead of getting sucked into the mental narrative and storyline your mind tends to create as a way to try to help you make sense of it…dropping totally out of analyzing and into your body, using visualization + energy control with breath, can help you release, let go, DROP…unhelpful physical cues that got linked with that scenario like an imprint in your nervous system. * #somaticreleasing #holisticpsychologist #yogapsychologist #prana #pranayama #breathoflife #aum #yogaintelligence #becomeaninnerthriver #innerthriving #yogicwisdom #emotionalrelease #emotions #empowered #surrender #letgo #somatichealing Disclaimer: please note that all of my posts and social pages in general, are psychoeducational, my personal creative expressions of this, and are informative in nature, and therefore should never constitute or replace psychological assessment or clinical intervention by a mental health or medical professional.
