I’ve experienced that something special unfolds when I create time to take stock of who I am, where I’m headed and who I want to be in the process. My mind can get so full, buzzy and stimulated that I can forget to reflect on where I’m going and who I am as I move through it. Lacking being present has been abundant the past while, but reflecting has made me realize this a core value of mine and how I desire to show up each day. Grateful for my dedication to the practices I love that continue to help me reflect and grow. Inspired by my reflections, I will share some of the rejuvenating practices I love this Thursday.
