Looking for a primary care or some kind of a specialist doctor that has to do with a mental health. I’m applying for a short term disability based on a mental health and need an Attending Physician Statement. Preferably doctor to be local to a Western Massachusetts or northern Connecticut. Must accept BlueCrossBlueShield. This is for a legit reason not trying to scam anyone, on a different forum few people told me that it’s sounds like a scam.
I currently don’t have a primary care and I can’t seem to find anyone that accepts new patients. To be more correct I can’t find anyone that can get me in anytime sooner then few month from now. But I need it asap.
I understand that it’s probably not the best place to look for a doctor but it worth a try.
