How to handle Intrusive thoughts

Hello there, first of all, i hope everyone is doing fine and best wishes to everyone here. The summer is slowly coming and besides some problems, life is fine and enjoyable.

I do have some Issues and in need of some help. After being off of medication for about half a year (sertraline 150mg), im suddently having problems with intrusive thoughts again. I do struggle with them for about 3/4 weeks now and it feels like its getting worse.

How can i handle these thoughts without a therapist?
