I was diagnosed with agoraphobia and panic disorder 4 months ago, and it's been really hard, I barely go out, I used to love going outside and meeting friends and enjoying life… Every day is the same, I don't feel human because I don't enjoy anything, I just want advice please, tricks to make my life more bearable, and to get better.
