Are you preparing your body for little one Or are you going for it every month ? Latter is not gonna happen in 90 percent cases, until the body is not prepared for it. 3-6 months of preparation of body for a couple is extremely important where you slow down!! Slow down? -be meditative throughout the day -meditative means, be aware of what you are doing, how it is making you feel, give your 100 percent to what you are doing. -take vacations, ditch everything for a while and spend time with yourselves away from all chaos and see things turning out beautifully -eat mindfully without screens -be contented ( easier said than done, you need to do your work and then surrender everything to universe and see everything happens beautifully -you wont be able to bloom this bud within your body if you are under stress, why?
