So in the last 4 years or so since covid and when i dropped into a deep depression i have been having a VERY tough time remembering thins accuratly and clearly. Im not on any meds or anything, but im wondering if i should go get my depression and anxity problems checked out. As sadly my memory problems has caused a big issue i am currently dealing with and what i said i remembered at the moment isnt the "full" picture and accurate. AS i have been thinking about it more and more i have finally started to get a clear picture of it all. But it takes immense time and concentration to do this and thats not normal right? Any insights would be nice.
Side note i will be getting therapy soon in hopes that it helps with alot of the issues i have going on.
