Digital Products for mental health, awareness, coping skills, & strategies.

So I've been looking into digital products to give me some more help when it comes to coping with my mental health. Have anyone tried this before? Do it work? Would you recommend? What has been helpful for you? If not, why?

I seen one I've been eyeing for a while & though it's not a lot of money, Idk if it'll be worth it. So please share experiences, even opinions are welcomed!
