Hey everyone! I had a panic attack a few days ago and ever since, my emotions have been very sporadic and my thoughts have been super anxious when I’m not usually an anxious person.
Things are looking up as I’m starting to feel better but I’ll still get these intense waves of negative emotions and thoughts that really bring me down. Sometimes I just wait until they are over and try not to bring attention to them.
Regardless has this panic attack hangover happened to you? How long did it last? I’m just tired of feeling a lil numb
