How do you fight back

Hey everyone,

I feel like I should give some context before asking. I have adhd and show signs of depression. I was doing real good and then it went to shots again. I get really somber and I have a feeling in my chest I can’t get rid of. How do you fight these depressive episodes. A friend of mine calls them adhd meltdowns. What steps do you undertake. Maybe there are some healthy coping ways there for me as well. Any help is greatly appreciated
