A genuine question here. I just had a round of anxiety attack mixed with depression and therapy session, one of the things I didn’t realize was that I’m lonely, ever since Covid happened and I graduated from college I have nearly zero social life.
I always thought I’m introvert and it’s fine to fill my time with work, video games and anime. But this is obv not enough to keep my mental state stable. I start to enjoy onsite work days and interact with my colleagues more, but off work I don’t really have any close friends to talk to or just hang out with.
It seems that I have lost the ability to make friends, also bad at keep friends from before. Idk what to do. What to talk about when there’s people around.
So fella inter webs citizens, any suggestions for me? Thanks 🙏🏻
