My BP is so so high. Almost to hypertensive crisis level (which is 200/120 or worse.)
I want to call 911 to get my BP checked by an EMT but I can't bc I have my kids here and I don't want to to scare them.
I can't even fucking call for help bc it will "hurt the kids…" Don't want to worry them. Don't want to call attention to myself.
Help. I'm convinced I'm dying … I'm scared.
