I have to study hard and do a paper for the next two weeks but for the past two days I have really pushed my limits…I’ve slept for 3-4 hours and when I tried eating I couldn’t even finish one plate. It takes me about an hour to at least be halfway done with the meal but that’s me forcing myself. I am so hungry but when I try eating it’s like my body doesn’t want it. I feel sick and my stomach hurts (I’m on my period as well).
I am aware that not sleeping and being like this is not only unhealthy, but also counterproductive since it will affect my ability to study. The problem is I have a lot to finish off and I don’t know how else to make time. Can someone help me please?
