I think ive been getting anxiety attacks for a week now and its so vague. Like ill get triggered by the smallest of things and get stressed, palpitations and depressed. I feel like I gave both me and my ex anxiety issues. I just hope they’re doing better, and not going through these anxiety attacks like me. And I just wanna get over these, it sucks when my brain gets clustered with thoughts, feel like crying, head starts paining.
