Alright, so I keep screwing up on my diet in terms of cholesterol. The last few months have been hard. To where it was straight survival. At one point, I stopped shopping. I have two egg muffins for the first time. Didn’t realize they had a lot of cholesterol until after I had them. It’s been a trend lately, two to three times a week I’d screw up or my job wouldn’t have healthy options available. I’ve been coming in later than normal lately, so I’m grabbing the first thing I can get. I only eat twice a day. I need to talk to someone….
