I lost everything due to severe depression.

Hey everyone!
I don't know if this is the right group for this, But today I want to share my story.
I have suffered from Depression since I was a 15 year old boy, Now I am a 25 year old grown guy, 10 years of depression and mental health issues (Anxiety, Insomnia, Stress and fears), The depression has affected me in my own health , I lost my hair because of Stress, I can't do anything, I am always have non-stop depressed mood which make me really want to ends my life, I was good at school, But since I got my high school diploma, I couldn't finish University, I tried 4 times to go back to school, but The depression was always the winner here, I fight depression back several times (At least I tried) without improvement, I am always tired, Dealing with Lack of energy, Barely eating(3-4 days without eating), I just lost interest in everything, Depression is like a void that eats you slowly day by day, I tried every possible solution you can thinking of (Go gym, Hangout, Get a job, Running, Changing environment…), I am tired of Dealing with all of this, and I really want to leave this suffering.

  1. I know it is bad right, but my friend, it always gets better. Maybe there’s unpacked emotions, or things that need to be dealt with that you’ve had suppressed? I can only fathom recommending that you seek therapy or counseling, of course, but I’ve gotta say that with you being so young, you have so much to live for. There’s still things that need to start in your life, and it would be a total disservice to quit. Much love and support to you

  2. You did not list Meds and therapy as things you have tried?

    I tell people that depression is like swimming through jello. (it takes lots of effort to do even simple things).

    Keep fighting, keep trying new things, circle back to things that did not work before. Sometimes you have to be ready for something to help. 10 years ago I would have gotten mad if someone said exercise and diet help. I was too far in the hole for them to help. But now keeping up with exercise and eating well helps keep my mood up.
