Hi, I’m going to be honest, I’m a person that doesn’t like to claim that I have problems mentally but I feel like that is what it’s been for a long time.
I feel like telling people that I know won’t really help that much and it will bring unwanted attention tbh.
I just always have too much going on like negative and bad voices in my mind that always interrupt me while I’m doing things like praying and other problems that I’m struggling with.
It’s just been a lot tbh and I don’t know how to handle it all. Does anyone have any input?
