I used to have extremely oily skin, but with this practice of not putting anything on face, my skin type changed from oily to normal skin! And I am extremely satisfied with my face wash routine! Step 1 – nicely palming and heating my hands and keep on dry massaging my face in all nooks and corners, this increases blood circulation towards my face, it alredy starts to remove toxins from my depest layer of my skin as I do this Step 2- I continue doing it for 4-5 minutes until I feel my face is nicely rubbed from all the angles Step 3- I tighten my face as shown and splash water nicely 5-6 times and simply let the water there, I dont use towel to clean it, it gets dried automatically after 1-2 minutes! There are many benefits to this- ✅such as tightened pores ✅acne prevention ✅and a face that looks more awake. ✅ reduce the fine lines and wrinkles on your face considerably ✅ Splashing water on your face can help to calm anxiety by diverting the brain’s attention, as well as helping to ground you in your body. And after cleaning I moisturise my face with certain natural oils or moisturisers But in case my face is very very dirty and dirt is accumulated too extreme level I clean it with mud Or basic besan Or jaggery powder ( yes you heard it right, it is a great cleanser for skin, full of antioxidants) So that’s about it! 🙂 Sasta simple tikau❤️😊 Any queries are welcome! #yogarmy #yogyatri #samanashakti #fyp #yoga #loveyoga #yogainspiration #yogaheals #asana #pregnancy #infertility #pranayama #foryou #health #fitness
