Is there such thing as too much Therapy?

Hi, I am 18 and last year I had stopped seeing a therapist. I’ve had a therapist since I was 14. Before then, I had seen one when I was 9. I stopped seeing my therapist last year because I had noticed our sessions to be just me venting for very long periods of time with very little communication from the therapist. After that therapist, I tried CBT and had a traumatic experience in a group session so I stopped going there as well. Now that I am in a depressive episode, I am not sure what to do regarding therapy. My mother said I have been “therapized” way too much. Is there a way I could be burnt out from therapy? Would it not help to try therapy again?
