I feel a bunch of negative emotions(irritation, depression, etc.) but the only positive emotion is the joy I feel when I see/hear something funny. Happy memories are very vague and distant(even if they occured just 1~2 yrs ago). Things that used to bring me positive feelings don’t give me happiness now. Regardless of what this is, I rlly want to know how to deal with this (w/o medication) so that i can finally stop feeling only stressed(and have a lack of happiness) in my daily life. How can I deal with this lack of emotion?
