I had a bad issue recently with an anxiety attack that led to a self harm tthreat. My psychiatrist upped my zoloft, and introduced anti psychotics for me to start taking
I read about them, and I'm very scared, i don't have any diagnosis related to psychosis other than general anxiety, so i asked my doctor to talk about it
but she denied an appointment. Told me to either take the medication as prescribed and wait for our next appointment or find another psychiatrist
I'm sad and stressed about this. Is this normal?
