Namaskar Dear Yogis, this is the set of Pranayamas I shared last week during our International Yoga Day. Collectively it is known as Sarpastithi Pranayama. It is designed to immediately induce a state of euphoria in the body and mind. You will enter into a heightened state of mind filled with absolute bliss, and if you’re receptive enough, every cell in your body will be dancing in joy. Tingling sensation and light-headedness may occur. Surrender completely. Enjoy the silence of the mind. There is tutorial video in the beginning and from minute 5:14, I will be guiding you into the Pranayama for 1 complete cycle. You may repeat the guidance video for a maximum of 3 cycle. DO NOT ATTEMPT MORE THAN 3 CYCLE. Below individuals should not attempt this Pranayama at all, do not ignore this warning: ❌Kids below 13 ❌Pregnancy ❌During Menstrual Cycle ❌Heart Patients This Pranayamas can be done once daily, before meal, preferably in the morning or after sunset. Thank you my dears, if you have any questions or if you would to share your experience please do so in the comments section. Happy practicing ❤️💞🙏🙌 #skyoga #sakthiyoga #ssoyiyd2024
