So I don’t know is this is the right place to talk about this. But I have this mentality of I can not fail. Example when it comes to working out if I fail i get tired and fail a rep I can not live with it. I can never live with failing once. My blood just starts to boil I get mad at the people around me. After it all it makes me feel like a horrible person. I feel like absolute garbage. I just need to find a way to better this I hope someone can help. Thank you to anyone who responds.
