Sometimes, when I get migraines, I start to feel this overwhelming discomfort, which more times than not leads to panic attacks, or at least me starting to cry. Usually it helps to take pain meds, but I hate taking them.
This usually doesn't last very long, but today I got one at work and held it off until I came home. After I came home I just thought I'd power through, but it's been hours now and I'm still getting smaller panic attacks like every hour.
My parents just came home and made food, but the smell made me panic again because of sensory overload. I am currently walking to the woods to maybe blow off some steam, run some laps, enjoy the quiet. But I was wondering if someone else has this or has heard of someone with it? I don't know what it is and would like to know if people share my experiences, would give me some peace of mind for sure.
Also, if anyone has simple tips for handling panic attacks those would be greatly appreciated <3
