PART 2 Practice breathwork (Pranayama) to reduce stress. 🌬️Breath control techniques are scientifically proven to lower blood pressure and improve heart health. Look into deep belly breathing or alternate nostril breathing. These techniques are a great place to start and try on with family and friends while learning how to manage stress and connect with your body. Some other ones thats really fun yo do with kids are raspberries, bumble bee breath and lions breath. I always say I cue my life to my breath because I’m always focused on it. For example, I intentionally inhale before I stand up from a seat or whenever i reach up and exhale when ever Im crunching or folding. Focusing om your breath can be great for alot of things but it significantly comes in handy when I get irritated during the day. With that being said, I offer that you try this on for yourself to stay centered in difficult situations. Follow for more yoga tips and comment your questions below. Like + Save if this was helpful.
