Hi. I feel like i'm very addicted to social media. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit. I use a lot of time on these platforms, but mostly the problem is i check compulsively ALL the time. I've tried a few taking a break (1-5 weeks), which helps me control it, but after a week max it's back to the same. It really affects my mood and attention
Anyone who has any tips? I would be sad to delete it as i think it has it upsides, but I feel like it's really hard to control and i have cravings for checking them constantly
