Sometimes we just need a reboot! If you’re feeling imbalanced in any aspect of your life, whether it’s emotionally, mentally, physically, or otherwise, this is the meditation for you. Try doing this for a few short minutes a day—start with 3 minutes—and working up to a full eleven minutes over time. You’ll find yourself feeling refreshed and more prepared to take on the day!
