Sticking to a routine

Does anyone have any advice on how to build discipline and maintain consistency with a routine when your depression is debilitating? The most simple tasks seems like the most onerous tasks for me, like even filling up my water filter with water to drink water, which then makes me feel super shitty bc some people in this world struggle to even find water to drink. My depression has never been this bad before. I'm fighting to make it through every minute of every day.
