Therapy for teachers Posted on April 28, 2024Author Lone Wolf 0 I am a new teacher and am finding it to make me overwhelmed. I love my job but am internalizing too much. Anyway, I have started to have panic attacks. Are there any therapy options that aren’t 150$+ an hour??? 🙁
