Do you ever had a feeling in the chest like you wanna cry? I feel like im walking with it for a while, and I just want some relief.

Just for context, I had PTSD for 10 years now, and ADHD since I remember myself. Also experiencing some PTSD's symptoms relapse, due to another war in the last year
